Mr. Abduljabbar has over 40 years of experience in various fields and sectors, such as civil engineering, offshore marine, energy, oil & gas engineering, manufacturing, and project management. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) (FCIARB), an accredited arbitrator at the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration(QICCA), and at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) (LCIA).
He has vast hands-on experience in dispute resolution through ADR conciliation and mediation and is a CEDR/IMI-certified mediator. He has successfully handled over 300 complex cases involving litigation, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration, with claims exceeding QR. 3 billion each.
He is an Expert in international construction contracts FIDIC, NEC, JCT, EPC, and shipbuilding & Marine Contracts Ship2000 and SAJ.
He is an expert in the laws of international collaborative agreements in the oil and gas sector and International Business & Trade Law.
