Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (IIQS) is a Non-Profitable professional body of Quantity Surveyors.

Their members include professionals working in the field of – Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Commercial Management, Contract Management, Property Development, Engineering & related fields
The professional body was formed in December 1998
Ever since its inception, regular monthly Continuing Professional Development events, and seminars are convened for its members.
It helps the members to grow academically as well as professionally
IIQS, incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 (No. 1 of 1956) in India on 14 October 2011
IIQS stances affiliated with the Embassy of India – Indian Cultural Centre, Doha, Qatar, since June 2013.

Sampath Raman

With over 30 years of experience and 18 years with British Consultancy Organization such as Bovis and Mace, Sam Raman in one of Mace's most experienced Senior Management Staff. He has worked overseas for 21 years in Countries such as UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Singapore with extensive Knowledge and experience in Contract Administration and Cost Management. Sam has experience in Middle East of 18 years and in India for over 10 years. Sam is currently the Commercial Director of Mace for a large iconic mixed use high rise project( One Za'abeel) for the Client Investment Corporation of Dubai.
