Basavaraj is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor having over 29 years of working experience in the construction industry with leading Contractors, Consultants and Clients in the UAE. He is currently working as a Senior Commercial Manager with DAR Design & Architecture Bureau Consultants – Dubai, for the last 7 years. He has vast experience in the field of Commercial Management and Contract Administration.
Basavaraj holds professional memberships from various international professional bodies including the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – (FAIQS), Certified Cost professional– USA (CCP), and Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors – India (FIIQS).
Basavaraj is a trained assessor and participates as a panel member in professional interviews conducted by IIQS. His free time is spent mostly in organizing professional development events and mentoring APC candidates.
