Prof. Indrawansa (Sam) Samaratunga has a 56-year career in Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, and Dispute Resolution which spans over 25 years in the UAE, 22 years in Oman, and 9 years in Sri Lanka. He is a registered arbitrator with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Developers from the public and private sector, Consultants, and Contractors/Subcontractors regularly consult him in search of solutions for the issues that they face in drafting contracts, administrating contracts, and complex issues found in formal dispute resolution processes.
