He graduated in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial management and claims management in various jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and The State of Qatar. He worked in consultancy, advisory, claim management, expert, and quantum claims, including adjudications, mediations, arbitration, litigation support, and independent determinations. He has hands-on experience in dispute resolution in all the jurisdictions.
Phillip is a contract specialist in international contracts such as FIDIC, ICE, NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts and has in-depth knowledge of the standard Rules of Measurement SMM7, NMR, POMI, and Qatar Standard Measurement Rules.
He has been involved in the establishment of contractor’s commercial team and leading these teams and claims for infrastructure, domestic, Wastewater Plants, Airports, stadiums, and joint venture disputes.
